This waiver of liability applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for lost profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information, even if KUB-VII is notified in advance of the potential for any such damages.

1. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
2. All Pictures are the sole property of KUB-VII Designer Clothing & Accessories Inc. and may not be reused, reprinted, sold, copied, used commercially or for any other means without prior written consent from KUB-VII.
3. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
4. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
5. KUB-VII is NOT responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages.
6. Due to high demands, we reserve the right to cancel an order if it is not in stock. Keep in mind we do our best to make sure that all inventory on the website is updated so we can avoid cancellations or backorders.
7. For credit card refunds please give 7-10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your card.
8. Prices do change often, KUB-VII does not offer a price adjustment policy once an order has been already placed.
9. Retail prices advertised on site as "Retail Prices" include taxes, shipping, etc. and vary from store to store and are not guarantees.
10. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to our facilities in an event of a return or an exchange.
11. We do not take responsibility for returned items until they are in our possession. Customer is responsible for obtaining a tracking number as well.
12. Clearance/Damaged items cannot be returned. They are considered final/last sale items. In the event that the product is available in other sizes, we will allow an exchange within the same product/style. Customer is responsible for shipping back to us and to them for a final sale items exchange.
13. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.

In addition, if a product receives an unexpected surge of demand, or the item becomes out of stock, and we are unable to fulfill an order, we reserve the right to cancel an order. If payment had been received, it will be refunded.
